I'm responsible for creating and developing marketplace and platform sales channels, identified as a major strategic growth driver at DENIOS. My focus is to enable DENIOS international group companies to identify and access key marketplaces for their business within their region and utilize them to full potential. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create a marketplace and platforms strategy • Improve the internal processes and infrastructure to better support marketplace channels • Identify and onboard most relevant marketplaces for key product and customer segments per region • Analyze competition landscape and pricing positioning on marketplaces • Optimize product selection, pricing and content • Create and execute marketing plans specific for each marketplace • Ensure brand control across all channels • Coordinate cross-functional teams supporting marketplaces development
